We currently ship to most locations worldwide using USPS, UPS, and DHL. However, please note that there may be additional customs or import duties that apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement shipment if necessary. If a product is never delivered and the carrier confirms that it has been lost or damaged, we will provide a full refund for the order, including shipping costs.

In these cases, we will offer a 25% discount and free shipping towards the customer's future order. These factors may include carrier delays or issues with customs or import duties.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please note that tracking information may not be available for some international shipments.
